Hi i am an interested nephew searching for info about my uncle and his time with 220 coastal command. He is not always up for talking about it, but when he does, it is certainly entertaining. What i've seen and read so far on this wonderful site, has been quite helpful.
Any info or memories people may have about the 220, would be really appreciated.
My uncle is Sgt Frank Rogers, and his Flight Officer was a canadian chap named Shaak.

Hey Torty, thanks for popping by to say hello. You are very lucky to have a surviving member of 220 Squadron, please take as many notes as you can, write them down so they aren't forgotten in time. Your uncle is of a generation that we are unlikely to see again and I would personally like to thank him for his service.

Thank you Gary. You are so right about my uncle being from a generation that we will never see the likes of again. I will be speaking with him soon, and will try to get some more info from him. I will also show him what I've found so far. Isn't a great deal, but there have been some names pop up I've recognized.
Thanks again for a great site.
