Martin,
How much would a copy of the John McCredie book cost me.

Hi Martin,
I received the book no problem. I sent you a message to thank you but it seems you did not get it.
I have started reading the book and am enjoying it.

thanks again

Dear Martin,

I am the Granddaughter of Sandy Webster, and am researching the family history.

I am aware my Grandfather whom I never meet was awarded the DSO and DFC but very little else. I would love to know anything you can tell me about him, as I have limited information, including the story of why he joined 215 and 99 Sqns.

Regards

Hi Louise,
I would advise you to obtain your grandfathers service records which will give you details of his training and which squadrons he was attached to. In the meantime I will have a look at 215 Squadrons operations records and see whether he is mentioned.
If you have any questions please let me know - there are plenty of people on this site who can give you advise.
Regards Brian
