Hello,
I'm new here, and searched out 356 Sqn as I have just recently been in contact with a 356 Sqn Pilot in Ontario Canada. I was attempting to find a 356 Liberator photograph for an autograph. He recalls telling me he usually flew a Liberator coded 'D'. I noticed the fourth photo in Aircraft Photos, No. 356 Squadron RAF appears to be coded as D. I am wondering if anyone may know a particular date to the photo based on paint/camo scheme, and also if it maybe possible to obtain a high resolution digital file I may be able to get printed and pass on to this Veteran. His name is Hugh WYERS.
Thanks,
Dave
